PROCESS: Joe’s Plastics produces high quality recycled plastic from the polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene and ABS families. We start by purchasing only select, clean post-industrial, overruns and surplus. This material is processed through densifying or shredding and ground into “feedstock”. Feedstocks are then mixed according to specific formulas, heated, extruded and cooled to become palletized raw material to meet our customers’ requirements. Our own testing facility and experiences quality control team ensures our customers will receive the highest quality recycled plastic material available.
